Buddha Bowls
Main Bowl
1 Cup - Purple Cabbage
1/2 Cup - Sliced Carrots
1/2 Cup - White Beans
1/2 Cup - Cucumbers
1/8 Cup - Chopped Basil
1/8 Cup - Chopped Cilantro
1/8 Cup - Chopped Mint Leaf

Peanut Dressing
3 Slices of Ginger
1 Fat Clove of Garlic
1/4 Cup - Peanut Butter
1/4 Fresh - Orange Juice
2 Tablespoons - Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
3 Tablespoons - Maple Syrup or Honey
3 Tablespoons - Toasted Sesame Oil
1/4 Teaspoon - Cayenne Pepper

Mix all the dressing ingredients in blender and blend well. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chia seeds on top!
Enjoy!

Cauliflower Tacos & Cabbage Smoothie
Tacos
​
2 Cups - Crumbled Cauliflower
3 Tablespoons - Olive Oil
1/2 Cup - Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
1 Diced Avocado
1/2 Cup - Cabbage
1/4 Cup - Diced Red Onions

Seasoning
1 Tablespoon - Taco Seasoning
1 Teaspoon - Cumin
1/2 Teaspoon - Paprika
1 Pinch - Oregano
​
Dressing
1/4 Cup - Olive Oil
1 Whole Lemon Squeezed
1/2 Teaspoon - Cumin
1/4 Teaspoon - Paprika
1 Teaspoon - Braggs Amino Acids

Smoothie
​
2 Cups - Purple Cabbage
1 - Cucumber
1 - Clove of Garlic
1 - Green Apple
1 - Peeled Lemon
4 Cups - Water
1 Cup - Ice
​
Mix all ingredients into blender and blend well! Enjoy
​
Heat olive oil in pan and cook cauliflower with all the seasonings. Cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes. Put your cauliflower and the rest of your ingredients inside a almond flour tortilla. Mix dressing well in a jar and pour over the tacos! Enjoy!

Morning Glow Bowl
1 Cup - Cooked Barley
3/4 Cup - Blueberries
1/4 Fennel Bulb, Shaved Thinly
1/2 Bunch - Watercress
1 Tangerine
1/8 Cup - Thinly Sliced Red Onion
1 Avocado
1/8 Cup - Sliced Cucumbers
1/4 Cup - Walnuts
2 Cups - Milkadamia Unsweetened Macadamia Milk/or any milk of your choosing​

Mix well and sprinkle stevia or any sweetener over top, enjoy!


Veggie Crackers
Crackers
​
1 Cup - Ground Flax Seed
1/3 Cup - Whole Flax Seed
1/2 tsp - Sea Salt
1 Clove Garlic Minced
2 Tbsp - Yellow Onion Chopped
1 1/3 Cup - Water
2/3 Cup - Sunflower Seeds
1/4 Cup - Black Sesame Seeds

Mix ground and whole flax seeds, salt, garlic, onion, and water. Add sunflower and sesame seeds and mix well. 4 hours at 104° in a dehydrator.
Topping
​
1/2 Cup - Hummus
Mixed Sprouts
1 Sliced Avocado
A Few Slices of Red Onion
Sliced Cherry Tomatoes
Sliced Carrots
Sprouted Lentils
​
Drizzle lemon and olive oil over top
